a. For what purpose we treat your personal data?
In LAIP, S.A. we treat the information that clients and users provide us with the following purposes:
I. Management, Administration and provision of the contracted products and services. The management and maintenance of the commercial relationship for the provision of services as well as for its fiscal and accounting administration.
II. Take control of access to the facilities.
III. Realization of commercial shipments. In case you have consented to it, the realization of commercial actions, promotion and/or marketing by any means (including electronic, expressly consents), related to its corporate purpose and professional activities.
b. Legitimation
The legal basis for the treatment of your data is the execution of the contract, and the express consent of the interested party, in those cases that have facilitated it.
c. Recipients
I. Your data will be communicated to the competent public administrations and the necessary Tax Agency for the provision of their services.
II. If it proceeds to Banking Entities for the management of two economic amounts derived from the service/product.
III. If you have given us your consent for the treatment of images, your data may also be revealed, by publications and through the communication of the entities.
d. How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided are kept, as long as it is necessary for the provision of the service. At the end of the service, data will be preserved by legal obligation.
Finally, and always would be under your consent, LAIP, S.A. will keep your data in order to keep up to date the products, activities, and services that might be of your interest.

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible, in any case, within one month from the moment we receive your request. This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of applications. The person in charge will inform the interested party of the extension within the first month of the request.
● Do you have the right to withdraw your consent?
The interested party has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

● Do you have the right to claim?
Yes, you, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you have the right to file a claim with the national control authority, for this purpose, you must contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
